Holiday Sides 2022

Do you need a side dish for Hanukkah, Christmas, or a holiday party? Or all the sides? Dinner Delights to the rescue! I do the cooking so you can enjoy time with your family and friends. All you do is warm the dish up! All dishes serve 6-8.

This menu is good from now until the end of December. Christmas orders are due by December 17 for pick up or delivery December 24. You can also order for delivery or pick up any time before that. Orders for holiday parties or dinners that aren't Christmas eve or Christmas day are due 72 hours in advance.

Baked French Toast with Praline Topping

Our family holiday favorite. Pop this tasty French toast in the oven while you open gifts. Breakfast will be ready when you want it. (8x8 pan) $15
Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Pancakes

Step up your pancake game with these delicious pancakes. $15
Maple Sausage

Slightly sweetened homemade sausages will go great with French toast or pancakes. $12
Potato Sausage

Based on a family recipe for Swedish potato sausage. Ground pork, ground beef and shredded potatoes are mixed together to make these sausage patties. $12
Mashed Potatoes and Gravy

(GF, can be made vegan) Real, skin on mashed potatoes with a creamy roasted vegetable gravy. 8x8 pan (4 cups) potatoes and 1 pint (2 cups) gravy. $12
Green Chile Potato Gratin

(GF) Layers of sliced potatoes, sauteed onions, roasted green chiles, and cheese. It is then covered with garlic infused cream and baked. (8x8 pan) $17
Stuffing/Dressing

(can be made vegan) Homemade sour dough croutons mixed with veggies, herbs and pine nuts. Chicken or vegetable stock on the side for you to mix to your preferred moistness. (8x8 pan) $12
Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts

(GF, Vegan) Sweet Potatoes and Brussels Sprouts are roasted together then tossed with dried cranberries and toasted pecans. (8x8 pan) $14
Roasted Carrots

Thyme roasted carrots. (1 quart) $10
Scalloped corn

(can be made GF) Creamy corn and cheese casserole. (8x8 pan) $12
Butternut Squash Risotto

(GF) Creamy arborio rice is slow cooked with pureed butternut squash and finished with parmesan and sage infused butter. (1 quart) $14
Mac n Cheese

Creamy cheese sauce is mixed with noodles and topped with buttery breadcrumbs. (8x8) $14
